Mus Flame

We have had our fire for a couple of years, with the app installed on my phone and tablet. The app has been very useful as it has more features than the remote. Today however I've been logged out of both versions of the app, and upon logging back in it now doesn't work at all. Very disappointing 😕

Useless app. Wouldn't connect via WiFi but would via Bluetooth. Worked the first time it connected but not since. It can read the status of the fireplace but can't control it and change the settings. Any suggestion to an alternative for a Gazco fire would be appreciated

Rubbish.

Works first time with my Onyx Avanti 150 fire. It also picked up my bifold blind motor which I disnt know I could connect to. The loud beep on the fire is annoying but that's not the apps fault.

The app gives so many more options than the remote that comes with the fire. However my Google home cannot see the fire, and Mus Flame isn't in the "works with Google" list. 4 months later and the app has disconnected from fire and deleted it. No matter how many times fire has been reset it will not connect back up. App useless. The alternative of getting the fire to beep 5 times just does not happen so cannot connect via that route.

Connected fine when I deactivated the 5ghz on my router (which the instructions recommended).

Doesn't connect easily and takes multiple attempts. Won't connect to google however states that it should.

Rubbish app. Doesn't work at all. Somehow managed to get it working after about an hour of trying but won't re connect again.
