This was a waste of time and huge motivational hit to my wife and I. On our first session, we were asked about our issues by the matchmaker, someone intended to match us with a provider. A week later we had a productive session with our therapist and she assigned some goals in the app. Out if no where, they messaged us saying they could not help us and that they would refer us else where, no reasoning. Then I got an email stating they had cancelled our membership. I demanded full refund, got it.
