Useless
This app doesnt even work! Cant load anything and cant even search for any information. You may as well just take down this app from app store! Joke
Service is a very very unreliable. Case closed with claim that I have been attended to, yet NO ONE contacted me. Lenovo sends out auto updates & after updating, my laptop kaputt & Smart Care wants me to pay for the "repair". A VERY UNSCRUPULOUS business model indeed!!!
Just plain useless
