I use this app along with another piece of software for my workouts for my swim team practice. It allows me to put all my interval sets and times and displays on a TV screen which acts as a timer for my swimmers. This app is very versatile.
I've used this timer app for circuit training with clients for years. It's the best one I've found. The 3-2-1 countdown each round sometimes only comes out as 2-1 or just 1. Otherwise it's what I need.

Great to set up custom intervals for workouts. Does exactly what it's supposed to do
Paid for this app in 2020, now I'm an "unpaid user" AND there's nowhere in the app that I can upgrade (not that I think I would, they don't deserve it). Time to find a new workout timer app that doesn't treat its users with contempt.
I've had this app since they first started and across several phones and it's the best one you can buy

very useful app for workouts. one request: would really appreciate if when opening the app, the newest workout would be at the top of the list instead of having to scroll down through old workouts to get to the new ones!
Now down to 1 star. I PAID for the app and now it is saying that as an UNPAID user, I can only use 1 timer. I'm sorry?! I've used this app for years with no issues. Now all of a sudden the timer just stops. When I restart, it goes for 2 exercises and then stops again 🙄
