I have premium subscription. I cannot edit my VO²Max anymore, when I add a new race with VO²Max test, it doesn't edit it.

Cool app and good plans with nice extra information. It's just that I indicated that I live in a flat area (zero altitude meters to see anywhere) when they ask whether I live in a hilly area or not. But they still make me do a hike/run each weekend with a lot of altitude meters. Like how do I get 600 meters of elevation in one and a half hours on a bridge that's five meters high. I can't do these trainings

Free version is very limited, and paid version is too expensive. At least it used to sync with Fitbit... but sync no longer works... Will not use this app again

I love the app. Great for Trail running and worth paying to sync workouts to your watch (please add Polar, Suunto and Coros). Having said this, it would be great to have the same calendar and functionality available from the browser. Also, I have never seen the program of the next few weeks change to reflect my performance in this week's workouts. Ditto for paces - they stay the same as I get fitter, or worst, older. No recalibration every few months.

Très bonne appli pour structurer son entraînement à la course à pied. J'en suis à ma deuxième préparation consécutive pour une course de trail et je suis content de voir les progrès grâce à RunMotion. À l'avenir j'aimerais un peu plus de personnalisation en ce qui concerne le type de terrain pour les sessions en fractionnés, notamment pouvoir donner la longueur de la plus grande côte disponible à chaque séance.

On peut en effet dire la longueur de la côte la plus longue dans ses préférences d'entraînement (dans mon profil) mais pas séance par séance. On le note dans les suggestions. Frustrating, despite my input as to which days I would like to run, the training plan did not adjust. I tried several times with no success. Some training suggestions and alternate strength sessions would be welcome. When Injured the AI should suggest alternate exercises to strengthen the injured areas. There is simply not enough variety and the feedback is getting boring....

It is a nice app. The AI coach thing gives a bit of repetitive feedback. But I think it misses a couple of things: 1. Access the coach outside the debrief, and ability to set more context 2. Set the days you are available to train AND how many days you want to train 3. Fully custom heart zones (to match my watch)

Can't see my whole week plan, just the current day, and past activities. Also can't access my Goal, cause it crashes the app immediately. How to fix it?

I think this is a great app for providing structured training at an affordable price point. It's particularly good for running programs but you can use it to block in other sports as well. The AI insights based on your session results and any feedback you give it are helpful but I'd love to see this updating and adapting your weekly plan in real time. A couple of times I've asked if it could swap a few sessions around but I assume I still need to do this manually for now.

added a marathon as my goal in 4 months time, day one of my training, run 3hrs?? don't think so. also has given me 2 training on the same day. 1hr run followed by a 3hr run walk
