The app is OK but the person sitting on behalf of SAP has zero knowledge about using the transactions and will deny any claim you make even if it is standard

Using universal ID doesn't allow me to select the account I need
worst app whats wrong why did you remove biometric authentication and everytime we need to enter the long irritating password
No use
Useless app. Better to shut it down.
This application is very useful to view Sap OSS(cases) but it's not comfortable for Service request.
