notifications don't ping on my phone and app can have trouble loading even in decent Internet connection, the UI is also a maze to navigate.

this app is not as great as it could be. it's like 2008 Facebook.
A Laggy Mess. this app constantly crashes, doesn't send notifications, and just flat out does not work half the time. im disappointed my company switched to SAP Jam.
terrible. notifications are doubled and hardly work thumb print to sign in is annoying as hell very disorganized and has a bad UI

Using this app is extremely frustrating. it's terribly buggy and crashes all the time, and it feels like writing an email to direct message someone. This app feels like it was made in 2003.

app looks like it hasn't been updated in 10 years and it feels like it hasn't been updated in 10 years. VERY clunky to use. -There are aspects I like but the difficulty in navigation offsets any possible positives I could give thisapp. actually getting notifications is hit or miss at best. Hurting my ability to communicate with my team. not acceptable. -constantly freezes. -Android can't screenshot which is a bug that hasn't been fixed in years it seems like. (FIX IT ITS NOT A SECURITY FEAT.)
