When using the Accessimint screen reader software, the TTS volume increases automatically after a call comes in; how can this be resolved?

I would like to say one thing, which is causing a big problem after the update. I believe that screen readers have become very fast and advanced. This is very good, but now after the update it is causing a lot of problems. When I try to open the application, it does not open, and when I turn on the screen reader from accessibility, it does not say anything. It is not even on. Shows error. "Responding close" shows like this. Shows error. Please fix it.

I like how it has all the basic features except for a describe image feature I believe that the describe image feature should be in the next update

Assalamu Alaikum. The Susi Mind screen reader is an excellent tool; however, despite configuring all the settings on my device, I am unable to activate it. I have attempted to enable it through the accessibility settings, but it remains non-functional. I am using a Realme C15 running Android 11. Please look into this issue, as this problem persists across several other devices as well, even after the settings have been correctly applied.
