It is a fantastic app, has many of the features Ive been looking for. Unfortunately, the free plan is limited to 3 automatically scheduled tasks. Thats making the bed, brushing teeth, and watering my plants. Cant even add chores like dishes or laundry after that. Even Google Calendars can do what the free plan does. And as someone trying to get their life together, I cant afford $8/mo to have an app help me decide what to do first. Im moving on, bye.

Hi, thanks for your review! To clarify, the free plan includes 3 repeating auto-scheduled tasks, plus unlimited one-time auto-scheduled tasks. Google Calendar doesn't do auto-scheduling at all, so it's not quite the same, but it's definitely a good free alternative if you don't need auto-scheduling. Thanks for giving FlowSavvy a shot!

Good idea. Poor execution and business model. Priced as high as Microsoft Office subscription model?! The free model allows 3, yes only 3 unscheduled tasks. The GUI is strictly utilitarian, and a little buggy visually. How the software places unscheduled tasks... it clumps them all together!? didn't space them out and wants me to set dates for them. The whole point, I thought, was to distribute them so I'm not looking at all my chores in one big clump of my free time.

Hi! To clarify: our free plan includes unlimited one-time auto-scheduled tasks, unscheduled tasks, and events. Only repeating auto-scheduled tasks are limited to 3. You can use settings like buffers and workload balancing to tweak the auto-scheduling to your liking. Please report specific visual bugs to support@flowsavvy.app so we can fix them.
Has been super helpful for me to keep on top of everything. I love how simple and easy it is to use. Not too many functions to get used to.

Great app! Love how it will auto schedule and adjust as I mark things off or move them to another day or time. So effortless for me to schedule my super busy days now!

very nice app but has some bugs that needs to be fixed after I add or edit a task the screen freezes for 10 secs

This is the app I would recommend to nearly every student. More minimalist and focused on whats needed than the overpriced Motion calendar. Free version does the trick but pro is very nice. Student discount for pro got me signed up.
