im having problems keeping the internet hooked to my camera's therefore they are not recording. what can I do to fix this?

Decent ish. Playback of recorded files is a bit iffy though as there is no timeline (but there is Ctronics pro for that which is free). Camera controls are better than the pro version. Video can lag sometimes and connections can drop and take time to reconnect. Camera and software don't need cloud subscription - SD card, email, FTP are all options they are very helpful. No ability to share a camera but you can in the free pro version so just install both for the best of both worlds.

Cintronics tech support (female) was rude! How's being it is the manual very strong, rudely... Anything else? Before I could reply "Click" The cameras were returned.
it's about Android. if you have "...the app is no longer working ..." check your phone settings. I found out lately if you have Developer Option on and set Apps section -> Don't keep activities "ON" - Citronics is not working, no Pro no general. Keep in mind.

A drop after an update usually means the update broke something.
