once you unsubscribe you lose any accumulated credits! FORVER! i had a trial i inadvertently let roll for 2 months. i asked for refund as i believed i did cancel in the trial. their review said otherwise, ok... but they cancelled my account with a credit i did not get refunded.... now i have no access to! and if i resubscribe.... i still dont get it back!! i was not told any of this or given an option to continue service. i will only use audible now.
A variety of books I'm interested in. Easy to use.
The amount of Christianity selection is enormous. Plenty of choice selections. Plenty of Leading authors; new and seasoned. I love this app.
great concept i loved it but if you cancel your subscription any books you unlock or spent money on are no longer yours. which is bs!
They want to claim to be competing against Audible.. With Audible, unless I delete my account, I own access to the content I unlock. Audible SELLS. Everand RENTS a larger volume of content for slightly more money.. but if you stop paying, you lose access and can lose access permanently. How is that competing? That isn't even the same business model. That is literally lying to the potential consumers.
I am unable to even log into the app. It crashes instantly. I havr tried clearing data, Cache, force stop and reinstalling many times now.

good app
I've realized that I'd rather use Google or Apple books. Everand's subscription model leaves a lot to be desired. The affordable subscription tier gives you only one "unlock" per month and the books you really want to read all require an "unlock". The kicker is once your subscription ends, you lose access to all previous "unlocks" till you resubscribe. The subscription fee is comparable with the cost of one book (with change), so putting my money towards actually owning the book seems better.
the sounds is very bad when the app isn't open directly
