Bring back dark mode!
Good, efficient friendly drivers.
Horrible order routing system. Truly seems like they purposely make it so you have to spend money on an express delivery otherwise, you won't get your food that is less then 1 mile from you, for 45-60 minutes. I've seen drivers have to pick up orders miles away and seems like they don't care about the expense this has on their drivers, and im just a consumer. Gas, Tires, time ( driving miles just to come right back aka backtracking) etc. This could be so much better.

needs to stop letting drivers do more than 2 deliveries at a time because what do you mean i have to wait 30 to 45 minutes after it is picked up for it to be delivered that is unacceptable and a food safety risk

1 star until you bring back dark mode
Extremely annoying that the dark mode is gone on the latest versions. Please bring it back. The app looks too much like Uber Eats now.

I had to delete my account after being a member for over 5 years, the issue is that there are no delivery drivers available right away and the wait time for delivery is always delayed and having to wait 2 hours for a delivery is way too long, because there is one delivery driver available for the whole city which is horrible.
