Doesn't do anything. It just hangs on the login screen. 3 weeks later, still doesn't do anything but hang on the login screen.

This was my first time using the app, and the experience was awesome from start to finish. I had a bit of trouble logging into my call at first—entirely on my end with my password and login details, not an issue with the platform. Before I even reached out, support proactively called me to check in, see if everything was alright, and walked me right into the appointment. The provider was fantastic as well: extremely patient, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely taken care o

I enjoyed the experience and it was very helpful. The information was everything I needed and more. It is simple to us and navigate.
all previous reviews are obviously fake ones, because the app is a real disaster written by a student who never has any experience nor they know what good UI look like. the app is full of bugs and issues left and right.
