App crashing not opening

it lags and doesn't give precise location at times

The app was fine once I actually started using it. It worked well for a few weeks. About a week ago it was at low battery, so I plugged it in. The app still shows the device having a low battery and it won't update the location. It shows the location from 5 days ago. I don't know if the app needs an update or what but this device I'm paying for is basically useless right now.

waste of money

All the reviews are extremely accurate.

how do I contact secure one connect?

Would give a solid ZERO stars if possible. Yeah, terrible app interface. Cannot control notifications nor does it locate device correctly. Will be canceling this service ASAP.
