I can't withdraw my crypto anymore 💔 when I plug my cold wallet to pc it doesn't wanna open website I regret why I didn't use binance to store my crypto now I can't deposit or withdraw crypto 💔 but it is fine I learned something 🇿🇦
hey, add passphrase support to all your wallets including bio shield. passphrase setting or support is very important. some users of colcard were saved by setting passphrase. update your firmwares and add passphrase support to all the devices. bio shield is good but without passphrase,it looks dangerous. hackers are advancing a lot now. add passphrase to all your devices. I can't put huge amounts into my bio shield. I can only put not more than 15 usdt. anything can happen in crypto.
the software has glitches and would randomly crashed. I uninstall then reboot my phone and reinstall the Secux app and I'm still having issues with the app crashing after reinstalling the Secux app.
unable to withdraw funds at all what is going on with the app and web interface

Booting software freeze during 2nd use concerning! Help desk response non-existent to date.. screen 'welcome to SecuX Update Mode' a permanent fixture
it worked when I downloaded the app the 2nd time. now the app won't open. update 02/162025 don't get this wallet. app hasn't been. working. not sure how to get to my crypto now .... not an amazing product.

buggy and horrible I want my money back
it doesn't even load. it makes this wallet unusable.
