not good confusing to use
what happend with this app now? dont send anything all the time shows there was a problem uploading Retry

app locks up when using the camera function and the only way to get out is to uninstall and reinstall

I can't submit a report at all. Either pictures won't load or there is a communication error. This app is wet garbage.

it was good before the last update. now it doesn't update and show all the notices

App no longer useful. It once had most every county department available. I want to report a street sign down, and cannot do so because there is no department showing that is appropriate for this request. Website is also of no use. This used to be a decent app

I enabled third party cookies and re installed the App. Unable to make a request. Very annoying.

What a great example of how to NOT engage people: make the user experience so miserable that they won't bother you with requests any more. Problem(s) solved!
