Doesn't always stay connected randomly shuts off in middle of video having to press the screen physically instead of being able to use the remote is tedious and a potential design flaw. the code generation isn't always unique

App won't move past the privacy policy. It says to click agree but there pop-up won't scroll down to see if the agree is there and it won't go away.

Pretty much a worthless, unusable app. It will not let me past the "click to agree to terms page". I just stays frozen on that page!

It's not compatible with Android phone. I can not sign any agreements. Please fix ASAP.

can't accept the user policy on android so cannot get past the screen. unusable

The app won’t move past the User Agreement & Privacy Policy screen. The page doesn’t scroll, and the only clickable link is the Agreement Policy. It’s completely stuck, making the app unusable.
