Don't use this app, they will take your money and tell you that they don't offer services in your state. They lied also about using DHL.

I find it difficult to create an account

The app doesn't work. I can't track my shipment!!! Horrible service

I can't register - OTP not working

I can't log in ...they didn't send any opt code

Appalling. It takes them seconds to withdraw money from your bank account when they want to fund their wallet.. but when it comes time for you to withdraw your funds from your wallet, it takes them forever. I've been waiting for three days now to receive my withdrawn funds. Horrible customer service. They don't even care to reply

DON'T USE SENDBOX. If you use thier service in 2023, you will enjoy their service. They've been terrible since last year. This year, I tried them again, process a delivery to UK and waited for 10 days, still, their rider didn't come to pick up the product. I requested to cancel the delivery and get my money refund to the app, it's been another 10+ days and I still couldn't withdraw my money from their app after a lot of back and forth. My money is still stuck in their app.
