I have had an open ticket since August. I have sent screenshots and whatever support asked for. The app doesn't work. Next step is to open a ticket with National , before logging a complaint with Mass Gov.

tried to pair my meter. failed after several attempts. kept kicking me off my internet. this app needs serious improvement. Ting from insurance company does a much better job.
