nice app to track your medical records
I cant access my chart and there doesn't seem to be a way to get help.

It is frustrating to use this app! you get caught in a loop but never opens up my chart.

attached is the message I receive repeatedly... "we are sorry you can't log in at this/ time............." I have called to report this problem to no avail. I cannot speak to a person.

Very nice and helpful staff.Dr.Formato is the best Dr.ive ever had.She takes time to listen to you and dont push drugs on you. She will give you advice and make suggestions but leaves the decision up to ypu.
very easy to use
keep receiving texts about new results and/or messages when there are no new results or messages. Very annoying to log in and find nothing new.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY CHART IT IS SO INFORMATIVE AND SO HANDY TO SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS AND SO EASY TO USE I L OVE THE FACT THAT I CAN SEE MY TEST RESULTS SO EASILY AND REQUEST REFILLS KUDOS TO ALL THE STAFF AS THEY ARE VERY HELPFUL A
