since install the virtual key, Spotify app got license error after 4-5sec play on any songs. what is the resolution? update(8/8/2027): it turns out to be Tesla issues over 2 tesla which Spotify works now after updating Tesla firmware update by service request. thank you sentry driver app support tram for the feedbacks and very kind insights by email.

Sorry for the trouble! The virtual key only authenticates telemetry — it has no access to your car's media system, so it can't affect Spotify. This is a known Tesla/Spotify issue. Fix: log out/in of Spotify on the car screen, then hold both scroll wheels to reboot. Also check Settings > Software. Need help? support@sentrypro.app
