normally ok but now it won't load. frustrating.
Nothing has changed since 2023. I wish schools would stop using this app. It is STILL slow to load, or simply won't load content. It STILL requires me to email my child's assessment pieces to myself just to view them because tapping on the item to view only gives me the option to attach and send it to someone. I also hate that it doesn't clear the notification after accessing an item (or emailing it to myself) so then I get emails telling me "a lot has happened since your last visit".

contents never loads when selecting the notifications.
when I click on alert for exam results or other alerts it just shows a blank screen
Poorly designed application. Notifications for absences appear partially off screen. No email notifications so you have to rely on this exquisite notification system.
its very surprising that the development team can be this bad. this is a pile of rubbish yet had to stick to this as school uses this.

Session expires for one school profile and it logs you out, asking you to log back in... and then it just gets stuck in that loop. can't navigate to other profiles, app's now useless. oh, still can't preview attachments in-app, you have to muck around downloading them first. App doesn't refresh or notify consistently, even with all notifications allowed.

Opening items via notifications always displays a blank screen until navigating somewhere else then back. There seems to be no way to opt out of the annoying email notifications telling me "a lot has happened"... yeah thanks I've logged in and already seen the "a lot that has happened", stopp fkn spamming me already.

2026 update: Still a steaming pile of rubbish. Just awful. Mostly use it for notifications from school, but clicking on them almost always sends me to a blank screen. Sometimes it loads, changes background and then goes blank... but get used to blank screens. Even when using the navigation, it is exceedingly frustrating. The nav is confusing and poorly thought out. The customisable dash has very few useful options, and the info available to put there tells me nothing "at a glance".
