awful
this app is garbage. the only thing good about it is it's simple to use. other than that it always freezes up. I have to always close the app and restart whenever there's an issue. and if you have anything less than a perfect 5G or Wi-Fi connection the app will freeze on you. if you want it cheap app then look no further because cheap is what you're going to get here, in my honest opinion.

Lags, freezes and doesnt respond when uploading photos. Run the other way if productivity is of ANY importance to you.
close to the worst app I've ever used
it's very slow. always watching the wheel spin.
I have been using the app as an HVAC tech for about a week and a half now and have had some issues. The server has gone down, high latency in loading jobs, pictures, directions etc. Don't get me wrong the app has great potential but it needs to be tweaked. Changing the colors from past, current and future jobs to say green, yellow, and red would be a great addition. For what it is the app works decent but has major potential!! A few adjustments and it could be great!

Why in the world have you guys not removed the pointless ios app access ad upon opening the app? Having to rotate my phone screen to exit out of it prior to clocking in is getting extremely annoying.
they did not test this pop-up on the opening screen so I always HAVE to rotate the screen just to close the pop-up everytime I open the app. Get rid of the pop-up

the entire app needs an overhaul. its extremely slow. nowhere near user friendly. and overall useless to the user
