Charge, hold or top up a customer's 7Konto fuel or benefit account.
7Konto Scanner is the app a merchant operates to take payment from a 7Konto closed-loop account — a fuel card, a meal allowance, or another special account funded by the customer's employer. Sign in with the credentials issued for your workplace. The scanner already knows which business it belongs to, which currency it works in, and which operations that business has switched on. IDENTIFY THE CUSTOMER Point the camera at the customer's card or number, present a card to a connected card reader, or type the number on the on-screen keypad. All three work at once, and all three end on the same customer. CHARGE Choose the account the customer is paying from, enter the amount, and charge it. An account that needs a PIN or a one-time code asks for one. An account this workplace cannot serve says so up front, with the reason, instead of failing at the end. A vehicle ID or an odometer reading is collected wherever the account requires it. HOLD, THEN CAPTURE Place a hold before the customer fills up, then capture the real amount when they are done — or cancel the hold and release the money. Open holds have a place of their own with a live count, so nothing is left hanging at the end of a shift. TOP UP Add money to the customer's own account at the counter, and hand them the receipt for it. ACCOUNTS See every account a customer holds with the business: its balance, what is still available to spend, and whether it is debit or credit. Give a customer one of the business's accounts, or edit one they already have. OPERATIONS AND RECEIPTS Every operation this scanner took, in a dated list. Open one for its itemised receipt, print the receipt, or reverse the operation. A cashier sees and reverses this scanner's own work, and the app says so rather than leaving it to be discovered. BUILT FOR A COUNTER Large targets meant for arm's length and one hand, a light and a dark theme, and a layout that fills a tablet in landscape instead of stretching a phone screen across it. Available in English, Ukrainian and Russian. 7Konto Scanner needs a workplace registered on 7Konto by the business that runs the program. It is not a consumer app.
