tried to unsurprised, by shared iver£70 for an app that is useless
I use this app for my business, Goodtimes Tacos, and have been doing so for the past 7 years. It's extremely useful and easy to use. Gets rid of unnecessary paperwork as I can just forward documents directly to our EHO. I would highly recommend it.

Exceeded expectations. We were told about the SFBB+ by our EHO who had recently visited another premises that were using it with great success. I was slightly sceptical as to what it would offer as the price of £4.99 a month seemed very low compared to other systems we had looked, I couldnt of been more wrong. Set up is easy, sharing with colleagues is easy and even a grumpy 52 year old cafe owner can use it. Support has been excellent, cost in my opinion is too cheap for what it does for you.

Can't even get past the "Add Premises" part right at the beginning. Try to enter details and the whole screen just goes white. it's buggy as hell.

I had high hopes for this but it kept deleting my data and the customer service wasn't very helpful. I ended up going back to manual. The app definitely has potential but needs some proper fine tuning - the zooming in and out of sheets is awkward, no sync between phone and computer...also, I would really appreciate a pop-up reminder option for temperature checks which is what made me interested in looking for an app in the first place.

edited review: so i originally gave this app 5 star. I am dropping this to 2 star. the app deletes your data when you save daily dairy after you're temp data. this only seems to happen when you finalise at EOD. ive reported it and worked with them to find a solution for a few weeks but still doesn't work. no point wasting your time inputting data if it doesn't save which to me is basic. to be told well its ok as you technically don't have to record these thing isnt the answer i want to hear
