seldom opens and loads on the first try, this morning it's taken. seven trys before it opened, light speed POS is much much worse. the card reader we are forced to use drops its connection every couple minutes. The back-office updates consistently degrade the functionality and visually the amount of actual information per screen is awful. There are far better systems available. I spent more than two hours on the phone with their support team and they still couldn't fix the issue.
