Mark hi! Did we just get a one-star review because we offer a free trial period instead of a paid per-document plan? Charging per file is against our policies. We prefer to offer people a chance to test document e-signing free of charge. What's wrong with that? Hope you made the most of the free trial!
false advertisement. The app is not free if it requires me to put my bank card information. Free trial dont count as a free app!!Free things don't need banking information!

Our apologies if any confusion! We never actually claimed this is a free app. But signNow does offer a free trial period, correct. Please note that during the free trial CC details are used strictly for verification purposes, nothing else. Hope this helps!
Avoid this scammy app. I've been unknowingly charged $150 for a "Business Annually" plan, after signing one document in a free trial. Shockingly bad company practise hiding this cost. Could have done it free on a computer, but urgently needed something on my phone. Scam

Sorry if any confusion, Jack! Free trial needs to be canceled manually by the user, apologies if this was not obvious! Please note that you can cancel and claim refund directly in your Play account. Sorry if any inconvenience, Lucas! On our end, all documents and templates are stored in a private cloud, hence the secure login. Also, email login is part of identity verification for legally binding document signing (then document audit shows who read/signed document and when exactly). so first of all it makes you create an account and verify it before you can do anything (can't we do anything without creating an account anymore?) then ofcourse you need to unsubscribe so you dont get spammed, then god knows who they sell your email too. Then you can't edit text size or at least not in any way I tried and I have used many kinds of editing programs and apps. If its possible then its not user friendly at all... and delete app.

don't download this app they will waste your time download it because they can make a sign and others but you can't use it either because you have to pay first or use their 3 day trials
