Practice Debit Card Skills!
In school we learned about coins and bills, but this is a plastic card! Where’s the money? Where does it come from? How do I know how much I have? Transaction Trainer is a tool designed to help demystify the Card! Explore the intricacies of using a debit card to make purchases at a wide selection of example storefronts; practice the use of both chip-enabled or swipe only point of sale terminals; learn what buttons are important and which you can safely ignore; and take a peek behind the curtain by keeping track of your purchases in a virtual ledger. Transaction Trainer is a research-based app that will help make concrete the abstract world of the Card.
