Hi Ali. We're sorry you had a poor experience. Do note that InstaVid360 was intended to be used with mobile phones, not tablets. Your experience is likely due to using an unsupported device (Samsung Galaxy Tab), and as such, some features may not be available or function as expected.
Can't upload, keep getting upload failed notifications and even when I manually do an upload it doesn't want me to

Hi Armand! Uploads may fail if the app is closed or minimised before the upload is completed. We recommend waiting 5 minutes, then trying again, but this time keep the app open and in the foreground until the upload has been completed. For further assistance, please email us directly support@instavid360.com.
Serious issues with saving interior 360 videos. Error message days "Error, Device is busy!" I have downloaded the app on multiple devices and the error still persists. Ricoh Theta camera is up to date and works perfectly. So the camera is not the issue. Assist urgently!
