Hi Jim, thanks for the feedback. IBM MaaS360 is legitimate workplace device-management software, usually installed by an employer, and it adds its own security certificates. SIMGUARD flags risky apps and access, but work-managed apps can only be removed by your IT team or a factory reset. Happy to answer any questions. SIMGUARD Support
when I scan my all apps with VirusTotal Mobile App:1)Tencent Antivirus say your app have Bug a.privacy.Gold factory. 2)Kaspersky say not-a-virus.Edit:check with VirusTotal Mobile App.

We're sorry for the misunderstanding! SIMGUARD offers a completely FREE, ad-free version with valuable security tools and no payment required. Our subscription screen clearly displays a bright green "CONTINUE WITH FREE VERSION" button. Premium is entirely optional. We believe everyone deserves access to security without ads or mandatory payments!

well playing a game to get characters just seems a little suspicious and I wish it was a 7 day free trial but thank god if this is a scam I am not using my main phone

Hi Franky, thanks for the feedback! SIMGUARD is not a scam. The “game” is a 5-question security awareness challenge that teaches users how to spot common scams. Get all 5 right and you unlock a Defender character. It’s simply a fun way to make security education more engaging. We also appreciate the trial feedback!
A couple of questions.............. Is there a way to "Whitelist" an app in the "2FA Environment Check" that I know is safe? Is there a way to shut off "Wallet Address Monitoring" option? I do not need it.

Thanks for the feedbackJoe! Wallet monitoring only runs if you set it up and add an address, so otherwise it won’t send alerts. That said, we’ll add more control for this and a 2FA whitelist option, and push an update ASAP. Appreciate the suggestions! SIMGUARD TEAM
