When it works it works great, but specific use cases fail.. you must always stop or disable any other app that displays on top of other apps or it will crash and kick you out of your session. Some Bluetooth connections cause a persistent restart loop, where video and audio kicks in for a second and then kicks you out only to do it again 3 seconds later. This sometimes means I can't talk through a headset so the whole conversation is fully audible..
The video feed was flawless & the audio never buffered. Very smooth telehealth appointment!
Phone overheats while using the app and its often difficult to join a meeting.i
Works great other than killing 30% battery in 40 minutes and my phone shutting off due to over heating every time I use it

Forever freezing, dropping, disconnecting, pixelating, lagging. My devices handle Zoom fine on the same Wi-Fi in the same spot, but my practitioner says that most other patients have the same issue. This happens on Samsung and TCL Android phones and tablets, a Chromebook, and Linux - my Windows laptop doesn't have a working sound card, and I don't have any Apple products (ew). I work in IT and spend 40 hours a week narrowing down causes, and the one here is you.
