My experience trying to get on with this stuff is frustrating. Severally I sent mails to the customer service but met dead silence for over 3 months now. I don't understand.

have been playing with the app for about 15 minutes. It constantly glitches and freezing. I was excited but now I am uninstalling.
Edit: great customer support experience. Issues below completely resolved. Several bugs with most recent update. Viewing issues. Importing issues. Prospects won't move appropriately. Overall, highly recommend for network marketing usage. Solid and simple set up and usage. The occasional bugs does give me pause in universally recommending it to everyone but overall this is best CRM app for network marketing I've found.

Good Configuration
Works okay, but some bugs in the app. For example, when editing text, backspace will delete the wrong characers and jump around. Adding products doesn't appear to work. I'm prompted with an error that says "Please assign to contact" but the app doesn't let me pull in a contact to assign it to. Even if I just try typing in the name, it doesn't register and prompts me to assign to a contact. So most functions/features of the app work, but there are some that don't, and definitely some bugs.

Crashes when adding products to client. Can only use on 1 device as it logs you out of other device

I like the app, it should do exactly what I need. But... several features do not work at all for me and they are probably going to cause me to Uninstall. In the help on the prospect page, it shows you can swipe left to see onboarding lists and do other things like delete categories. I cannot swipe left at all on that screen. Other screens I can. Also it shows I should be able to rearrange categories by holding down the category and dragging it, can't drag them
