having to jump from service to time sheet and back again is a pain
new update won't let me start work it keeps asking to change location settings,so I check them all including precise settings and it still doesn't work,and can you please get rid of the background location access if I want to decline it then save the setting instead of asking me twice every time I open the app for that day.....
this app used to be the best of the best but last update has completely ruined the experience no customer support we have multiple staff assigned to make sure this app doesn't run the business under
Too many discrepancies between web client and mobile. Unable to use the same functions, and data keeps dropping off from mobile entries.
not user friendly at all. when you fill out the notes portion you can't see what you are typing . clocking in and out is ridiculous. please streamline this app ASAP
App has been nothing but problems lately. The attachments in jobs can't open to view. Now I have a "Lightning AI " icon bouncing around my screen. Get sick of the headaches this App causes. Constantly deleting and reinstalling it. I just received a notification of a new job when I completed it 12hrs ago. I even bought a new phone thinking it must be that causing issues but sure wasnt. Pen and paper sounds better right now.
