Amazing app! Sitly makes finding the right childcare so much easier. Whether you need an occasional babysitter or more consistent nanny-style care, there are plenty of options. I especially love that profiles clearly show rates, availability, and additional services like school pickups, homework help, and meal preparation. It makes finding someone who fits your family's needs, schedule, and budget simple and convenient. Highly recommend!

**** I have emailed with screenshot of page errors 3 times now and not a single response. Still crashing everything it loads so errors as noted below each time. Cleared cache, checked for updates/permissions and restarted phone. Horrible app and service. Pages never fully load. Can only see 1st 2 opportunities and then just blank space. can't toggle between tabs. Can't read messages. Horrible user experience.

pretty buggy app considering im paying $50 for one month of premium. giving it 3 stars because it still got the job done and I was able to find some sitters. I wish there were more reviews of sitters. maybe the app could incentivize people to give reviews?

I paid for a subscription so I could reach out to potential clients (app is useless without paying tbh) and hit a message limit. disgusting. I paid you money for a premium membership! Even dating apps give you unlimited messages for that price. There should not be a limit. Period. 😡 You're not preventing spam you're scamming me out of potential jobs I just paid you to help me find so that I am more likely to be forced to pay for additional months of premium. Outrageously scummy policy imo.

The limit only applies to new conversations, not ongoing ones, you can always reply freely to existing chats. It's in place to prevent spam & keep response rates healthy for everyone. Your limit is temporary and will reset soon, so you can message new families again shortly. Personalizing your messages tends to bring better results!
they take from my money for subscription , and they told me the payment not successful, hahaha, fake? scam , your money will runaway, and there is no any customer service to answer your or help you , back your money, take care with this app

Please include: Device/browser or app you're using, The error message you see (a screenshot helps) and your Payment method (card, PayPal, etc.).
