Weekly Premium is an auto-renewing weekly subscription that includes AI credits every week. Credit packs are separate one-time purchases and their credits do not expire. Local Pro is a one-time local unlock for every project in your multi-project history and professional PDF exports; it adds no AI credits. Building the list by hand, your price list, the board-foot, waste, labor and markup arithmetic, the quote you are working on, its revisions and its PDF stay free. A downscaled copy of your sketch or photo and the text you wrote are sent to The Sky Bringup AI service to draft the material list.
