After phone restart. my status remain Offline and unresponsive. Even after your troubleshooting steps, your app remains with the same issues. Otherwise, IF I remember to go in the app, manually early in the morning, the service is amazing. - that's a big - IF

I never downloaded this app but it showed up on my phone. it did not come with my phone as I purchased it unlocked from factory. honestly a bit scared, I have good opsec this should not happen. will be launching a proper investigation.
