Slim Shot: GLP-1 Shot Tracker

Slim Shot is a simple tracker for people taking a GLP-1 medication prescribed by their doctor, such as Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, Liraglutide or Dulaglutide. Log every shot, follow your weight, note side effects, and take a clear report to your next appointment. Every screen is in English and Arabic. Works with the GLP-1 medication your doctor prescribed, such as Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Mounjaro® or Zepbound®. These names are trademarks of their owners. Slim Shot is not linked to them.
