Checklists & sticky notes in your notification bar. Tick off tasks in one tap.
A to-do checklist and sticky notes that live in your notification bar. Note Prompt keeps the one thing you can't forget where you will actually see it: your notifications. Write a note or a checklist, tap the bell, and it is in your notifications. Turn on Sticky Notification to keep it pinned there. Every time you pull down your notifications, it is right there. Tick off checklist items straight from the notification, with a live progress bar, without opening the app. No account. No sign-up. No subscription. Every feature is free. Why people use Note Prompt • Shopping list: keep your grocery checklist in your notifications and tick items off one-handed while you shop • Today's top 3: pin the three things that matter and watch the progress bar fill • Things to remember: a parking spot, a door code, a booking number, a Wi-Fi password • Daily habits: a short checklist you see every time you check your phone • Out of sight, out of mind? Write a note, or switch to checklist mode and add your items 2. Tap the bell to send it to your notifications. Turn on Sticky Notification first if you want it to stay pinned 3. Pull down your notifications: tick items off with the "Done" buttons, or dismiss the note when you are finished 4. Pin as many notes as you like. Each one gets its own colour and icon, so you can tell them apart at a glance Checklists in your notifications • See your items and a progress bar (for example 2/5) right in the notification • Tick an item off from the notification itself • When everything is done, the notification tells you so • Add and edit items in the app whenever you like Sticky notes and one-off alerts • Sticky notification: stays in your notifications until you dismiss it, ideal for a list you need all day • Note alert: a one-time notification for a quick nudge • Clear everything at once from the Notifications tab in the app Quick templates Start in seconds with ready-made templates: Top 3 priorities, Grocery list, Daily habits and Brain dump.
