Never sends otp on mail or phone? If MFA is enabled and app can't send otp then how to login?

THE WORST APP I HAVE COME ACROSS IN MY 30+ YEARS OF USING COMPUTERS. AVOID AT ALL COST Unfortunately my company forces me to use SmartLearn but even they advice against the app. The features in the app are so barebone that it makes it totally useless (and getting into the website makes me want to commit a harakiri). creating a password is useless because it NEVER RECOGNISES IT and you have to use the forgot password every time to gen OTP, which may or may not arrive. Tried to get in for days!

Nice app. One issue - user session should expire each month or week, not each day. At least google login makes it easier. Also, you should add proper support for iPad so that we do not have to open website each time.

Smart learn is better than the old my giis messaging. Smart learn has a better interface than the old one.
