very bad company!

like the fact of the app can open the gate as im pulling into the storage unit but hate that it always logs me out. there are very few times it'll keep me logged in which is nice but I'd say about 95 percent of the time it'll log me out well I'm pulling to the gate before I can hit open weather it's to enter or exit. then I have to manually log in since some reason it won't pop up my biometrics on the app itself.

this is not a good review you have an employee named Alex who has shown nothing but disrespect for the tenants at this facility on 3150 boychuk I was hear about 7 months and many others are talking about moving as well due to his demeanor towards everyone so I decided not to stay here due to the facts and believe that many are going to do the same sorry but the facts are true if you investigate ask some of your tenants and you will know that everything is true

All in all, this is a very good storage company. Easy access, mostly for new people. One time was a bad experience. But the manager was very quick to make right on that

Staff is attentive and knowledgeable. Facility is kept clean and secure. The monthly fee changes/increases too often is the only drawback to using Smartstop Storage.

HOU4S OF GATE OPERATION HOURS ARE 7AM-8PM. IF YOU ARE NOT OUTSIDE GATE BY THE TIME OF EXACTLY 8:00:00PM THEN YOUR LOCKED IN UNTIL POLICE SHOW UP. TIME LIMITS ARE 3HRS A DAY& FEEL THAT 3 IS A LITTLE EXTREME! CONSTRUCTION WAS DONE ON MY UNIT. LOCKS WERE CHANGED & WASNT ABLE TO GET IN FOR 4 DAYS. THATS AFTER CONSTRUCTION HAD FINISHED! MY BELONGINGS WERE NOT TAKEN CARE OF OR COVERED! EVERYTHING WAS COVERED IN CONCRETE DUST & DEBRIS! $130-5X8 LITTLE FRUSTRATING! IT DOES ITS JOB! IT STORES BELONGINGS
