Will not let me open the app

I've not been able to log in to this app since I got my electric turned on. I've tried to do it with the info they gave me and no such luck.

Everyone is going to give you the best advice that they're doing and they will call someone who knows how much they can do and what is important and how to make it easier for you.

Exiting the app is a mystery. Payment options and security is 👍🏼! Easier than sitting or standing in line to pay. Usage charts are interesting.
