A ledger-style habit tracker with streaks, a heatmap, backups and CSV export.
Daybook is a habit tracker that looks and feels like a ledger, not a gamified checklist. TODAY, AT A GLANCE Every habit you're building lives in one flat, drag-to-reorder list. Check one off, reorder your day, and move on — no nested menus, no clutter. THE FULL LIFECYCLE OF A HABIT Habits aren't just "on" or "off." Pause one while you travel, archive one you've outgrown, or give one a fixed end date from the start — Daybook tracks the whole arc, not just today's checkbox. SEE YOUR STREAKS Every completion builds a streak, and a monthly heatmap shows your consistency at a glance — the same kind of view you'd get from a paper ledger, without the paper. BACK UP AND RESTORE Moving to a new phone? Back up everything — every habit, its full history, and your settings — to a single file, and save it wherever you like: your device, Google Drive, iCloud Drive, or email. On your new phone, restore from that file and pick up exactly where you left off. Backups work between Android and iPhone. EXPORT TO A SPREADSHEET Your habit history is yours. Export it to CSV — one row per habit per day, with missed days included — and work out your own completion rates in any spreadsheet app. REMINDERS THAT RESPECT YOUR TIME Set a reminder per habit so the ones that matter don't slip through the day. A QUIET, FOCUSED DESIGN Choose between a parchment (light) and midnight-ink (dark) theme, and pick your own accent color. No streak-freeze currencies, no social feed, no gamification layer between you and the habit. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account, no sign-up, no cloud sync. Everything you track stays on your device — backups go only where you choose to save them. Daybook is free to use and supported by ads.
