it would have been easier if it said to press how many on each photo when the no.1 already on screen,also i wanted to pay by Pay Pal could,nt see how to??

it says 50 free prints but when i click to order is charging me 10 pound for the free prints u have to pay for delivery which i dont mind but the photos are spoussed to be FREE

What a horrible experience with Snapfish. Got project all completed, and it wouldn't send through to be able to order. Tried for 2 days. They're password system was messed up not working correctly, lots of work & time to have to redo with another company. But it went through 1st time with Mixbook, they wanted my business. So all good. O and NO human customer service at Snapfish. Robots only. So no help

Horrible app & website, misleading practices. I downloaded the app after their website crashed each time I tried to add to cart to begin the checkout process. Then the app just took me back to the website rather than remaining within the app to complete my purchase. After spending two days uploading hundreds of photos in small batches, because of limitations and restrictions it doesn't tell you, I was met with hundreds of dollars in shipping for a $70 order of prints. Utter trash.
