SOFLETE: SFLT 3E

AI slop. The are vibe coding it with no quality control. workouts don't make sense, instructions inconsistent, not ready for use.

Glad there is an app now. Excellent training program.

this app is frickin sweet! the garmin integration works great, everything runs smooth, no crashes at all in a month of use. It brought me back to Soflete after I gave up on the old app.
