Terrible. I bought one second hand and support refuses to give me credentials for the app. So the app, and the hardware I have (MFT and several optics), is unusable.

Totally worthless. Bought one and requires a "login" Can't create an account, so can't use it - REALLY Guys?? Don't waste your money + tool only works with vendor's optics.

Hello Harold, We are sorry to hear that you did not receive your login credentials before the MFT arrived. If you could please contact support@solid-optics.com we will send you the details promptly. The MFT will only work with Solid Optics transceivers as the firmware of other brands are protected.
