Very unprofessional service. I gave clear instructions, but the cleaner did not follow them and damaged my microwave and furniture. Some of my belongings were also moved or thrown away without permission. The worst part was customer service—they said they could not help or provide compensation. As a student, replacing a microwave is not a small matter. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this service. Very bad app, I believe they did fruad donot use this
