Like the simple UI
I am unable to get past the working hours button at the end of the quiz. I have adjusted the wake up times too but unable to select working hours.
Using for ADHD novelty activities.

Developer reply
Hi, thank you for your feedback. The issue with the Work Hours button may happen if the sleep or wake-up time is set equal to the work time, which can cause it not to work properly. Could you please check that and try adjusting those times? If issue continues, email info@soothfy.com with app version details. We'll help you ASAP!
amazing app ....
this app has helped me is so many ways mentally thank you to whoever made the app
Love it
I’m on day five of the 30-day anxiety program, and while it’s still too early to tell if there’s any major improvement, I’m really enjoying the process. I’ve tried other mental health apps before, but I like how Soothfy combines different techniques like meditation, breathing exercises, and even CBT. The design is simple and not too cluttered, which I appreciate. I also like how the activities don’t take up too much time—I can easily fit them into my busy schedule.
