Thanks for your feedback. We're sorry you're seeing those issues. Maybe you are mixing up different apps as none of our apps has any account creation features. The Sophos Mobile Control app is not a consumer app so your company's administrator might be able to help. They can also create a support case with us if you need further assistance.
