CompareOpen in Google PlayApp kept disconnecting from the internet. I was raising a service request and the app refreshed at least 4 times, resetting the form and causing me to have to start filling in the request form multiple times almost to completion. Incidentally, I checked the logs, just in case, and the internet connection was stable the entire time.

rubbish on android, cant tap on buttons as they are hidden behind native elements.

The app is poorly optimised for android with some buttons appearing off screen. Clunky interface and slow and unresponsive too.

Could only submit 3 photos for maintenance. Had issues with setting up payment for new lease, when amount changed half way. Thankfully Sorted had a human being who could sort it out, as estate agent was very unhelpful.
