Terrible. If you go a few days without using it you have to logout and login otherwise nothing works. it doesn't know you need to do this, it just gives errors or asks for payment methods. you just have to figure it out yourself. it's also very slow, which I wouldn't mind if I could just open the office door.
Absolute garbage. The latest update broke login, the one feature this app exists for. No sign in means no WiFi code and no mobile key. I pay for a private office and now need the front desk to let me in. Did anyone run basic QA before pushing this to production? Testing a login screen is not advanced engineering. It is the bare minimum. This is a textbook regression. Roll it back, fix authentication, and maybe then you can ask for stars.

Useless. Dysfunctional. Flawed. One example: it logs you out constantly, and to log in you need a code sent to the email of your employer (which you probably have no access to). Then, if leave the app window in my phone to check the code on an email, the code becomes useless and I need to restart the process, again and again, always unsuccessfully. And the building admin at the phone or door don't care at all, especially the ones on the phone

used to be a good app. now you can't even log in, making it completely useless I was also excited they added passkey support only for them to not support it for login

probably the worst app I have ever used. you cannot even log in after registering. always loading. it's like the app was built 10 years ago and haven't been updated.

Brilliant idea who made this App to ease our access and to see the limitations of access to our workspace.
SCAM! Do not use this garbage. Hidden fees, they charge months in advance. Coffee fees, vat fees, activation fees, cancel fees, no customer service number, bad customer service. Unauthorized charges, if you find extra charges on your credit card from this company report it to your credit card company immediately. Update. Their customer service department asked for a review, then emailed to say they dont care about the problems because I signed up and were keeping your money. good luck

Onboarding experience is really cumbersome. Does not support standard address formats in some countries. Payment processing form could also use quite a bit of work. It feels like u end up filling your address and details 4-5 times b4 u can do anything which is hilarious.
